For more than 45 years, I have had the privilege of building The Gallina Companies. Alongside me for that journey has been Craig Enzenroth, whose leadership, commitment, and dedication have helped shape the company we are today. Together with the support of our employees, residents, investors, business partners, and friends, we have built an organization rooted in strong relationships, quality, and service.
As part of a planned leadership transition, I am pleased to share that Craig has assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer of The Gallina Companies.
Many of you already know Craig, who has been instrumental in our growth and success, helping lead our operations while building strong relationships throughout the industry. Craig understands our business, our values, and the importance of the relationships that have made this company what it is today.
While Craig assumes day-to-day leadership responsibilities as CEO, I am not stepping away. I will continue to serve as Chairman of the Board and remain actively involved in the strategic direction of the company. This transition has been thoughtfully planned and represents the next step in ensuring the long-term success of The Gallina Companies.
What will not change is our commitment to the values that have guided us since 1980: Integrity, Customer Service, Teamwork, and Quality. These principles will continue to define how we serve our residents, support our employees, and work with our partners.
As we look to the future, I am confident that The Gallina Companies is well positioned for continued growth and success. Craig’s leadership, combined with the strength of our team and the relationships we have built over the years, will ensure that the company continues to thrive for generations to come.
