In response to the coronavirus pandemic, please note the following adjustments to our services until further notice:
Our Response to COVID-19
In support of community health, all Gallina Management, Inc. offices will be suspending face to face services, and as such our office lobbies will be closed to the public, effective Monday 3/23/20. However, we are still here for our residents. All offices will be staffed for the regularly scheduled hours and communication with both the corporate office and our on-site management teams will be available either through a phone call or email.
Person to person showings are suspended until further notice. However, our team members are available to assist with providing leasing information either through email or a phone call. We are still here to help you find your perfect apartment home.
All non-essential maintenance is suspended.
Emergency Maintenance – This procedure has not changed. Please continue to call in as needed, during business and non-business hours. Our on-call staff will continue to be available for emergency maintenance during non-business hours.
We will continue to monitor this evolving situation and we will get through this together, and keep you informed regarding ongoing adjustments to Gallina Management’s services.
