Your community manager will consistently be there for you during posted office hours. We never want our residents—or future residents—to feel like they can’t get a hold of anyone.
That’s why we believe it’s so important that each of our communities has an office and a community manager you know by name. By having an on-site presence, we can respond faster to your needs. But it’s so much more than that. There’s something special about the face-to-face service and support Gallina provides our residents. Feel confident about repair and maintenance
When you have a maintenance issue, you want it solved—quickly. At Gallina, we do everything we can to meet that expectation. Our pledge to you is that your maintenance requests are resolved as promptly and professionally as possible. We want you to live in a community where you can feel confident that you’ll be taken care of. That’s why we’ve assembled an experienced staff of maintenance technicians who are more than just courteous and competent. They take pride in providing exceptional customer service to you.
For any maintenance your apartment requires, our community managers will establish an agreed-upon window of time for our technicians to enter your apartment. When finished, the technician will leave a card informing you of the service performed. Our community managers are also great about checking back with you for any maintenance that requires follow-up. They’ll also keep you updated if there should ever be delays.
When there’s a problem that needs attention, you don’t want to be left in the dark. At Gallina, we do maintenance the right way—we get it done. Period. And if you should ever have a maintenance emergency, you’ll always have a 24-hour number to call for immediate attention.
