From Resident to Property Manager: Tianna first joined the Gallina family as a resident, drawn by our beautifully maintained grounds, thoughtful upgrades, and responsive on-site teams. “I loved living at Kearney Meadows,” she recalls. “There were thoughtful upgrades including new hallway floors, the improved parking lots, new lighting, and common areas that stayed fresh with paint touch-ups. You really feel the level of care in every detail.”
When a position opened on our management team, Tianna knew she wanted to bring that same passion to her day-to-day work. “This will be my third year with the company—the longest I’ve stayed anywhere,” she shares. Today, she oversees every aspect her Gallina community, coordinating maintenance, handling leasing, and liaising with vendors and residents alike.
Flexibility & Trust: One of Tianna’s favorite aspects of her role is the autonomy she enjoys. While she maintains a core schedule, she decides how to structure her days—whether that means back-to-back tours, vendor coordination, or carving out time for paperwork. “If I run late one day, I can come in a bit later the next to balance things out,” she explains. This trust empowers her to deliver exceptional service without the constraints of a rigid 9-to-5.
A Culture of Collaboration: Tianna gushes about the friendships she’s formed across teams: “Our internal customer service—between supervisors, colleagues, maintenance teams, and vendors—is phenomenal. Everyone is respectful, accommodating, and genuine.” From monthly manager meetings that break up her tasks to quick morning huddles, Gallina’s culture of teamwork keeps her energized and connected.
Growth & Stability: Before Gallina, Tianna worked in pediatric healthcare, retail, and fast food—roles that didn’t fully utilize her coordination skills or love of people. “Here, I’m working with a clientele I genuinely enjoy, and I’m part of a company that’s continually growing. I have no intention of going anywhere anytime soon.”
Loving Where You Live: Tianna’s experience as both an employee and a resident provide her with a deep appreciation for Gallina’s core values: Integrity, Customer Service, Teamwork, and Quality. She contrasts her time with a previous landlord—which was quite disappointing—with her secure, well-maintained Gallina home. “There’s a level of pride we take in our properties that you just don’t see elsewhere,” she notes.
