We are continuing to make progress on Farmstead on Falls, our 172-unit luxury apartment community in the heart of Grafton, Wisconsin. Since breaking ground in August 2025, construction has remained on schedule as this exciting new community begins to take shape.
Farmstead on Falls is inspired by our highly successful Tuscany Apartments in Madison—a community that has remained consistently popular for a decade. Building on that proven foundation, we are bringing an elevated level of luxury to Grafton, with modern finishes, expanded amenities, and a design tailored to today’s renter. The community features two residential wings connected by a central, two-story amenity hub, creating a cohesive living experience that emphasizes both convenience and connection.
Later this spring, Farmstead on Falls will officially enter the market. Prospective residents will have their first opportunity to explore the community through on-site tours, offering an early look at what makes this development unique. Initial occupancy is anticipated to begin November 1, 2026, with the first residential wing and amenity center opening to residents.
