I feel that I have high expectations for customer service -- Le Silve has consistently exceeded them! As a testament, when my needs recently changed, I decided to do my best to move to another unit ... In two weeks, I will be moving .... -- and the resident in" the unit I am moving into "is also moving to another unit at Le Silve. I know of a resident on the third floor who is also making an "internal move", and I've known of several others that occurred within the past year. Why? Because living here is about as good as a rental situation can be. First, the service is incredible! Submit a request for maintenance and you're sure to get a response within hours and a resolution within a day or two at the very most. And telling them that your request should be considered "low-priority" makes no difference -- for them, everything deserves an immediate response. The grounds are well-kept, and the areas that might be subject to problems (e.g., fitness room, pool, hot tub, and community room) are always clean and well-maintained. The office and maintenance staff is always friendly and outgoing and clearly dedicated to the happiness of their residents. It's all working, as evidenced by the very low turnover rate. I recommend them highly!
