About Us

In 1980, The Gallina Companies began rehabilitating and renting apartment properties and commercial buildings. Today, we are made up of three separate divisions: Gallina Corporation, Gallina Management, Inc., and Gallina Real Estate, Inc. The Gallina Companies develop, design, construct, sell, acquire, and manage the most distinctive and luxurious apartment homes in Wisconsin and Florida. The Gallina Companies has successfully developed and managed over 3,000 apartment units in the Madison, Milwaukee, Green Bay, northern Illinois, and central Florida areas, along with single-family subdivisions in Mt. Horeb and Sun Prairie, Wisconsin. Retail and commercial properties in the Gallina family are located in Madison and Mt. Horeb, Wisconsin.

Joe Gallina

Chief Executive Officer

Joe Gallina has led The Gallina Companies with more than four decades of vision, dedication, and community-centered development. Since 1980, Joe has played a pivotal role in the successful development of over 3,000 apartment homes across Wisconsin, Illinois, and Florida. His leadership also encompasses the long-standing management of residential rental communities since 1972. The Gallina Companies has been a nominee and finalist for the Society of Financial Professionals’ Southern Wisconsin Business Ethics Award. Joe himself has received awards including Dane County Businessman of the Year and the State of Wisconsin Community Development Award for Hoff Mall in Mt. Horeb, Wisconsin. He is a member and past president of the Apartment Association of South Central Wisconsin.

Craig B. Enzenroth

President

Craig has been with The Gallina Companies for more than 45 years. He currently serves as President and works closely with all members of our development team. Craig collaborates with architects, engineers, and municipal officials to ensure the successful development of our properties. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction, from the initial design phase through project occupancy. Craig is a member of the Madison Area Builders Association.

Dawn M. Hendrickson

Senior Vice President

Dawn has been with the company since 1991. She currently oversees the property management and financial operations of the multi-family sites owned and managed by The Gallina Companies. This includes overseeing the property supervisors for the 2,300 units currently managed by the company. Dawn also serves on our project development team. She is a member of the Apartment Association of South Central Wisconsin and is a Certified Property Manager with the Institute of Real Estate Management.
