Joseph serves as the CEO of Gallina Corporation, Gallina Management, Inc. and Gallina Real Estate, Inc. The Gallina Companies have successfully developed over 3,000 apartment units in the Madison, Milwaukee, northern Illinois, and western Florida areas. The Gallina Companies have also successfully developed single-family subdivisions in Dane County, Wisconsin, as well as retail and commercial properties. The Gallina Companies were a nominee and finalist for the 2003 Southern Wisconsin Business Ethics Award. Joseph was recognized as Dane County Business Man of the Year in 1987, and received the 1987 State of Wisconsin Community Development Award for Hoff Mall in Mt. Horeb. He is a member of the South Central Wisconsin Apartment Association and the Madison Area Builders Association.

Craig has been employed by the Gallina Companies for the past twenty-seven years. He currently serves as President of the companies and works closely with all members of the development team. Craig collaborates with architects, engineers, and municipal officals to ensure the successful development of all the Gallina Companies' multi-family, commercial, retail, single-family, and condominium properties. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction from the initial design phase through project occupancy. Craig is a member of the Madison Area Builders Association.

Dawn oversees the daily and financial operations of multiple multi-family sites owned by The Gallina Companies and select fee management properties. She currently supervises 650+ of the 2752 units currently managed by the company. She is a member of the development team for the Gallina Companies' single-family subdivision projects. Dawn has been with the Gallina Companies since 1991, and is a member of the South Central Wisconsin Apartment Association and is candidate for the Certified Property Manager designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management.
