Position
Description: Are you experienced in providing & maintaining quality cleaning standards, enjoy working with people & also have sales experience? Gallina Management is seeking an individual to fill a 32 hr/wk position for an 88-unit apartment community in McChesney Park, IL. This position will perform Leasing/Office work for approx 8 hrs/wk plus cleaning/light maintenance duties for approx 24 hrs/wk. Cleaning light maintenance duties include cleaning of common areas, completing vacant apt turns, keeping the grounds/walks clean and other duties as assigned. Leasing duties include providing professional clerical support associated with sales/leasing & resident relations. Hours are M-F and may require late afternoon/early evening hrs. Competitive wage and benefits.
Job Requirements:
• HS diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year experience in with housekeeping and the ability to use all types of equipment used with cleaning services.
• Ideal candidate will have a min. of 1 year of property mgt. sales experience OR an Associate degree in sales, marketing, or related field with six months of property management sales experience. One year of like sales experience may be considered in lieu of property management sales experience.
• Microsoft office or equivalent software skills required.
• Ability to work in a team environment with constant changing needs.
• Strong work ethic, ambition, & dedication to the job.
• Excellent communication skills w/ability to effectively communicate with customers/residents.
• Familiarity w/ housing laws and leasing agreements is preferred.

Position
Description: We currently have an immediate part-time (20 hrs/wk) A/P Associate postion available. This position's primary responsibility is to enter high volume A/P invoices and perform related A/P activities. The job may require supporting other accounting activities as needed.
Requirements:
*HS/GED with one-year accounting post secondary education required.
*Associates Degree in Accounting is preferred.
*Minimum of 1 year experience performing high volume accounts payable and related accounting duties required;
*Accurate and timely processing of invoices, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail required.
*Good attendance and confidentiality is required.
*Must be able to work independently and use good judgment.
*Experience using Excel, Word & Outlook Explorer required.
*Experience with Great Plains Dynamics desired.
*20 hours per wk. (with flexibility of scheduling within 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. timeframe/
