Position Description: We currently are searching for a dynamic Leasing Consultant to join our team in the Venice area (Woodmere Apts). This position will show/lease apartments, complete appropriate lease paperwork, provide excellent customer service, follow-up with resident move-ins, & perform other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will have: •HS diploma or GED •One year property mgt/sales experience, OR Assoc Degree in sales, marketing, or related field w/ 6 months property mgt experience. •Familiarity w/ housing laws & leasing agreements. •One yr providing exemplary related customer service. •Ability to work professionally as an integral part of the team. •Proficiency using Microsoft Office product and familiarity with YARDI software desired Hours (M-F) – 40/wk including rotating days w/shortened Sat.hrs. Position Description: Do you like working with people? Are you highly motivated and successful in showing and leasing quality apartments? Do you enjoy performing a variety of work and like to work in a fast paced environment? In our Leasing position, you will showcase your sales/leasing skills while providing provide excellent resident relations. Requirements: The ideal candidate will have a min. of 1 year of property management leasing experience OR an associate degree in sales, marketing, or related field with six months of property management experience. One year of sales or relevant experience maybe considered in lieu of property management leasing experience. In addition, we are seeking a candidate who has: Familiarity w/ housing laws and leasing agreements (preferred). A minimum of one year of providing exemplary customer service experience (required). Working knowledge of Microsoft product(required). The availability to be scheduled for 5 days per week(weekdays on a rotating weekday schedule until 5:00 - 6:00 pm, and shortened Saturday hours of 5-6 hours; both on a rotational basis).
