In 1980, The Gallina Companies began rehabilitating and renting apartment properties and commercial buildings. Today, 30 years later, The Gallina Companies is made up of three separate divisions: Gallina Corporation, Gallina Management, Inc. and Gallina Real Estate, Inc.

The Gallina Companies develop, design, construct, sell, acquire and manage the most distinctive and luxurious apartment homes and residential condominiums in Wisconsin, Illinois and Florida. In addition, we also design and build subdivisions for single-family homes and develop and manage upscale office and retail centers.

The Gallina Companies have successfully developed and managed over 3,000 apartment units in the Madison, Milwaukee, Green Bay, northern Illinois and central Florida areas, along with single-family subdivisions in Mt. Horeb and Sun Prairie, Wisconsin. Retail and commercial properties in the Gallina family are located in Madison, Mt. Horeb, and in Middleton, Wisconsin.
